Sea Care, LLC is currently looking for exceptional Direct Support Professionals to join our team!
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide home and community support services to individuals who reside in community homes in both Sussex and Kent counties.
The desired candidates MUST have experience working as a Direct Support Professional. We are looking for candidates who can work independently, display good judgement and who possesses excellent problem solving skills. All candidates must be activity oriented and committed to ensuring the individuals we support are active both at home and in their community.
Requirements for the Direct Support Professional:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities in a residential community setting.
- Possession of Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Clean criminal background
- The ability to pass a 10 panel drug test
- Basic computer skills
